Wiring
Basic
With the standard package we ensure that the ground connections of the switches are connected to each other. You must connect this 'negative lead' to the negative (-) of the battery.
You provide the wiring from the fuse box and the electronics on board, which you both connect to the switch panel
Inputs
With this package you will receive the panel pre-wired in such a way that you can connect it to an existing fuse box on board. Each switch has its own input lead, which you connect to the corresponding fuse.
The cables of the consumers (lighting, bilge pump, etc.). connect directly to the back of the switches.
The 'negative lead' is the ground of the LEDs in the switches and must be connected to the negative pole of the battery
Fuse box + wiring
Do you not have a fuse box yet, or you want to replace your current box and be sure that everything is connected in a good, clear and safe manner? We then supply the fuse box and fully wire it between the fuse box and the switch panel.
You connect the cables of the electronics (lighting, bilge pump, etc.). directly to the back of the switches.
The 'negative lead' is the ground of the LEDs in the switches and must be connected to the negative pole of the battery
Terminal strip + wiring
Do you not want to connect the cables of your consumers (lighting, bilge pump, etc.) to the back of each switch yourself, but connect them clearly to a terminal strip? Then choose this option! We will then provide a neat wiring harness between the switches and a terminal strip.
You now connect the cables of your consumers to the terminal strip, instead of on the back of the switches. You then connect the input leads to any fuse box that was already in the boat
The 'negative lead' is the ground of the LEDs in the switches and must be connected to the negative pole of the battery
Fuse box + Terminal strip + wiring
Do you want to have to do as little wiring as possible on the back of the panel yourself? And do you want the whole thing to look professional? Then leave the work to us and choose this option. We wire the fuse box, switch panel and terminal strip for you, so that you can easily install the panel after receipt, as well as the terminal strip
You then only have to connect the consumers to the terminal strip!
The 'negative lead' is the ground of the LEDs in the switches and must be connected to the negative pole of the battery
Fuse box + terminal strip + bus bars + wiring
It doesn't get more complete than this! With bus bars you are assured of a reliable system that can easily be expanded in the future. By using bus bars you create a safe central ground and power supply point for all connections.
Fuses on the panel
Do you want the fuses integrated on the panel, instead of a separate fuse box? No problem! This means that the fuses are always easily accessible and you do not have to install a separate fuse box.
Fuse box
Each switch needs its own fuse. For this we often use an external fuse box, which you mount under the dashboard/in the console with 4 screws.
You do not have to install the wiring between the battery and the switch panel yourself.
Terminal strip
If you choose a terminal strip, we connect the switching side / output of the switches to this terminal strip. You then connect the consumers clearly to this terminal strip. If you choose a terminal strip, in combination with fuses or an external fuse box, you do not have to wire anything to the panel itself.
A terminal strip ensures that the wiring harness can be connected neatly and clearly to the electronics on board. A must-have for every water sports enthusiast who takes his boat seriously!
Bus bars
By creating a bus bar we can neatly connect all power supplies and masses in one place. You can mount this bus bar in a place of your choice under the dashboard.
By letting us fully wire the panel.
Fully wired
It is of course best to have the panel completely wired by us. This way you can be sure that it has been connected by experienced technicians who know what they are doing. In addition, we have plenty of space to wire the panel clearly and finish it neatly, so that you only have to install the panel and connect it to the battery and the consumers.
